One person can have a positive impact, but what about 1.2 million?
When you become a member of Rotary you partner with over a million like-minded individuals who are changing our world.
Rotary club members are volunteers who work locally, regionally, and internationally to combat hunger, improve health and sanitation, provide education and job training, promote peace, and eradicate polio under the motto Service Above Self.
Rotarians are a diverse group of business and professional leaders who take an active role in their communities, while greatly enriching their personal and professional lives.
Becoming a Rotarian offers a number of benefits, including:
- Effecting a positive change in your community
- Impacting international humanitarian issues
- Developing leadership skills
- Advancing business and professional contacts
- Building goodwill and friendships
When you join Rotary you become a member of your local Rotary Club. Local clubs belong to one of 33,000 districts of Rotary clubs and to Rotary International. Individual clubs and districts can join together to accomplish larger goals.
