Ean Winchester
Ean Winchester is a senior at Twin Valley High School. Ean has been wrestling since the second grade. Ever since then, he has loved the sport. His love for the game grew as he committed to George Mason University this past fall, where he will continue his academic and athletic career next year as an NCAA Division 1 wrestler. During his time wrestling at Twin Valley, he has won two county championships, has been a district runner-up, and a state qualifier. Ean also broke multiple records. Ean broke the all-time win record with 136 wins in his career. He also broke the single season win and pinned record this past year with 41 wins and 35 pins. On top of wrestling Ean also plays varsity football and lacrosse. In football, Ean earned defensive lineman of the year for the Section 3 Lancaster Lebanon league. Ean also earned the All-State honors for tight end. In lacrosse, Ean is a Fogo which means he does the face-offs. In this position, he has earned All Berks County for two
years so far going for his third this year. Ean also excels in the classroom where he maintains a 3.996 cumulative GPA. He intends to major in Business at George Mason. Ean is also a member of the Varsity Club, High School Heros, and History Club. Ean’s family are his biggest supporters, and he wants to thank them for all the time and effort they have put in to make him into the man he is today. He also wants to thank all of his coaches and teachers who have helped him get to where he is today.
Skye Graham
Skye Graham has spent her years at Twin Valley High School leading many clubs and activities while challenging herself as much as possible academically. Skye spent 2 years on the executive board for student council, one year as vice president organizing dances and school-wide activities, and two years as a school board representative, attending two meetings per year to update the board on student life. Skye’s other passion lies in the STEM program as she is serving her third year on the officer team of the Technology Student Association, and second year as vice president, helping the students of Twin Valley pursue their STEM passions and compete statewide. Additionally, Skye is treasurer of the History Club, and an active member of the NHS, Mini-Thon, and LINK. Throughout her high school career, Skye has been involved in 6 internships, one at the Mohnton Courthouse studying with Judge Yoch, three with the teachers in Twin Valley’s business department, and one with a middle school history teacher. Currently, she is working as the LINK intern, preparing for their upcoming trip this weekend. Academically, Skye has challenged herself with a total of 6 AP courses and 11 honors courses, upholding a GPA above a 4.2 all four years, and has taken on as many opportunities as possible, including a recent presentation at a World Affairs Council Luncheon where she discussed the economic, political, and environmental importance of estuaries globally. Outside of school, Skye loves to go hiking, attend concerts, and spend time with her family. She is planning on attending the University of Vermont next year to pursue her passion in political science and pre-law, to later work as a corporate lawyer.
